Overview

I contracted at Microsoft in the Customer Experience & Success (Digital Experiences) team supporting Azure Cloud and Dynamics 365 platforms from 2020-2021. The project involved doing research on engineers’ workflows in an effort to build an all-in-one tool to track urgent support items. The specifics, as well as samples from the project, are under NDA.
